Starting position: Electrician for equipment repair
Current position: Electrical equipment commissioning engineer
I have been working in the company since 2016 as an electrician for the repair of compressor stations, heating points, lighting equipment and reactive power compensators in Togliatti at the AvtoVAZ site.
Before I joined the company, I worked at AVTOVAZ as an electrician for the repair of high-voltage equipment. When I came to GRYS Power, I met new equipment for myself and, after a while, with the help of colleagues, I studied all the features of the equipment well.
In 2021, I was transferred to the position of electrical equipment maintenance engineer for electronic equipment. I'm trying to practice in a new area for myself - controller programming. And I am more than confident that I will succeed at GRYS POWER.
Experience: 4 years 8 months
Starting position: Operations Engineer
Current position: Head of Wastewater Treatment Plant
I joined company in 2016 as an operation engineer for treatment facilities in the city of Yalutorovsk after 5 years’ work as a shift foreman at the manufacturing company for building materials.
When I started my work in the company, I did not immediately see the prospects for growth and development, but over time I realized that development is more than possible. All my efforts and actions have always been duly appreciated and rewarded according to merit.
For several years of work in GRYS Power, I have significantly strengthened my leadership qualities, communication skills and, I believe, I have a fairly good understanding of the specifics of the operation of wastewater treatment plants.
In 2019, I was appointed to the position of head of treatment facilities. This is a completely new professional challenge for me, but knowing that our team always supports each other in everything, I have confidence that I can handle my new responsibilities.

Starting position: Compressor unit driver
Current position: Junior Procurement Specialist
Since 2006, I have been working for AvtoVAZ as a compressor unit driver. In 2013, I was invited to work at GRYS Power. She worked as a machinist of compressor units at compressor station No. 9.
In 2021, I received an offer to work as a junior procurement specialist, and I accepted it. The company gave me a career opportunity. This is a new professional level for me. GRYS Power also organized my training in the specialty.
During my time at the company, I have learned teamwork, teamwork, interaction with all departments of our company, working with suppliers.
