The history of our company begins in 2009 from starting up FENICE RUS, one of the first energy service companies in Russia, right after the adoption of Federal Law №261 on energy saving.
Using tremendous international experience in the field of energy services, innovative developments and professional competencies, since 2009 the company has implemented a number of large-scale projects to increase the energy efficiency of enterprises in the industrial sector of the Russian Federation on the basis of performance contracts and BOO(T) model - construction, ownership, operation, (transfer of ownership).
In September 2016, FENICE RUS has become part of DALKIA group, a leading provider of energy services for public sector and industry in France, a subsidiary of the ELECTRICITE DE FRANCE (EDF) Group.
In May 2022, DALKIA RUS management decided to start up a new company GRYS Power on the basis of the company with the purpose of maintaining and sustainable development of the company’s business in Russia.
As of March 2022, the total volume of long-term (over 10 years) contracts concluded by GRYS Power with systemic companies of the Russian Federation is more than 9 billion rubles.
